What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are more than welcome to file for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be:
In original packaging
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for another item in our store we are more than happy to accommodate that. If there is a difference in price we will either refund your original method of payment the difference upon receipt and inspection of your original purchase OR you may pay the difference in price should your new item be more expensive than the original purchse.
Returns are processed on a case by case basis. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received with serious manufacturer defects/flaws, in which case PNWovens will happily cover the cost of return shipping.
We strongly encourage you track AND insure your return package. PNWovens will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
To claim an exchange/return, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with proof of purchase and evidence of the defect (should a return be required) within 7 days of receiving your wrap/purchase. We will work with you to verify and approve your return/exchange.
Once your exchange/return is received we will inspect the item and notify you of our assessment. Upon approval, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on method of payment.
What is this I hear about Payment Plans?
A 30%, non-refundable, down payment is required to secure your wrap. A minimum payment of $50 per month, due on the 5th of each month, must be made toward the wrap until it is paid off (payments can be more if desired and a wrap can always be paid off early). If a payment is missed a single email reminder will go out. If payment is not made within 3 days of the email reminder we will assume you no longer wish to purchase this wrap. Any payments made over the initial 30% down payment amount will be refunded and the wrap will go back into our regular stock. If a payment plan is cancelled for any reason, you will not be eligible for a payment plan in the future.

What is your shipping policy?
We currently ship with USPS from Auburn, WA to all parts of the US and Abroad. Customers will receive their items Priority Mail, if International or Priority Flat Rate, if Domestic. We aim to ship your order within 48 hours of purchase. We guarantee shipping within 5 days following your order.
If we are unable to ship your wrap within 7 days of purchase, we will refund you for the cost of shipping. Cancellations prior to shipping will be refunded in full. After shipping, however, orders cannot be cancelled.
We currently ship 2 wraps per package max. If 3 or more are purchased in one order, these wraps will be sent in 2 or more packages.
